Welcome to the event platform for the California Sleep Society's 15th Annual Educational Symposium.  

We look forward to seeing you at the Symposium on September 30-October 1, 2022, at the Hilton Sacramento Arden West located in Sacramento, CA.  We have an incredible line-up of speakers, advanced technologist training, and collaborative therapies for sleep health medicine providers. 

COVID Safety Protocols:

The California Sleep Society (CSS) understands this changing course of the pandemic may concern some of you.  We are dedicated to providing a safe environment for attendees and we are monitoring the latest governmental updates regarding safety protocols.

In accordance with Federal and State guidelines, CSS is following recommendations for capacity limits, mask wearing, physical distancing, increased sanitization, and other safety protocols.

Hotel Information:

The Hilton Sacramento Arden West is in the center of the Point West Business District and is within 10 minutes of Cal Expo and downtown Sacramento.  Visit the California State Capitol, which is just six miles from the venue. 

The Hilton Sacramento Arden West's lobby, bar and guest rooms have been newly renovated. The fitness center is fully equipped and recently expanded and includes an outdoor pool.

We have secured a room block at the Hilton Sacramento Arden West.  The discounted room rate ($129 + tax) will be available until September 8, 2022, or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

  • Check-in and check-out:  Check-in time is 3:00pm; check-out time is 12:00pm.  To guarantee an early check-in, rooms must be secured the night before. 
  • Parking Fees:  The overnight parking fee is complimentary.

Accreditation:

CME:  The AAFP has approved a maximum of 14.25 Live AAFP Prescribed credits. Term of approval is from September 30, 2022, to October 1, 2022. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. Please note that the lecture "The Politics of Clock Change" was denied credit. As such, this topic does not carry AAFP credit.

CSTE: This year's Symposium has been approved for a maximum of 14.25 contact hours CSTE credit by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists.

CDE: California Sleep Society is a Dental Board of California Registered Education Provider. One unit of credit for each hour of class instruction with a maximum of eight hours per day will be offered.

Ground Transportation:

An airport shuttle is not available for this venue at the Sacramento International Airport; however, Uber car service is readily available. Pickup locations may vary by terminal. Be sure to download the Uber app prior to arriving. Your assigned pickup location will be specified on the app. Taxi service is also available.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your registration, please inform us via email as soon as possible. If your cancellation request is received by September 9, 2022, we will refund your initial payment less a $25 cancellation fee.  If your cancellation request is received by September 22, 2022, we will automatically transfer your registration payment to the CSS 16th Annual Educational Symposium to be held in 2023.  As well, you will receive a complimentary CSS membership for 2023.
